The contract forms provided by Lexana Signature LLC (“Company”) are for informational and general business use only. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Use of these materials does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Upon purchase, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the contract forms for your internal business or personal use only. This license does not grant ownership of the materials.

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, or transfer the forms to any third party
• Modify and resell the forms as your own work
• Use the forms for commercial resale, including bundling into other products or services
• Upload the forms to any public or shared platform (including websites, social media platforms, shared drives, or marketplaces)

You may:

• Edit and customize the forms for your own business or personal use
• Use the forms in transactions with your clients or customers

Due to the proprietary and copyrighted nature of these materials, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Products may not be returned once the packaging, box, seal, or contents have been opened, accessed, copied, or used. By purchasing these materials, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing or using these materials, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Customizing the forms to fit your specific needs
• Obtaining legal review where appropriate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexana Signature LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use these materials. Any recommendation, referral, or promotion of these materials by third parties, including but not limited to Pro-Builders Insurance Agency or Contractors Intelligence School, does not create any liability or responsibility on the part of such third parties, and they shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the use of these materials.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexana Signature LLC, as well as any third parties that recommend, refer, or promote these materials, including but not limited to Pro-Builders Insurance Agency and Contractors Intelligence School, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the contract forms.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these materials and terms at any time without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they are using the most current version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Lexana Signature LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
