This form is designed to be used after final payment has been received on a California construction project. Important Notice:

California law requires that an Unconditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment should only be used after the claimant has received final payment. If final payment has not been received, a Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment should be used instead.
